Promise + legal intention = agreement. Not a contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No Consideration Exceptions<\/strong>: Natural love, past service, promissory estoppel etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example<\/strong>: Shaadi rokne ka contract? Not allowed.
