He might not even care who\u2019s running the show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A DP is someone who is running the show, managing day-to-day operations ,and handling all compliance work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partner<\/strong> = \u201cMain paisa laga raha hoon, bas.\u201d<br><strong>DP<\/strong> = \u201cMain file bhi ROC mein daal raha hoon, GST bhi dekh raha hoon, notice bhi main hi bhugtu.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Got the vibe? Picture this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mister Y <\/strong>and <strong>Mister X <\/strong>want to start an LLP \u2013 let\u2019s call it <em>LLP 1<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mister Y invests money<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mister X will handle the operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>So in this case:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mister Y= <strong>Partner<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mister X= <strong>Designated Partner (DP)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>But ab dono decide karte hain \u2013 \u201cBhai, hum dono paisa bhi lagayenge, aur business bhi chalayege.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toh kya ho gaye dono?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dono ban gaye \u2013 <strong>Partner + DP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fair enough? Moving on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Can_a_Company_be_a_Partner_in_LLP\"><\/span><strong>Can a Company be a Partner in LLP?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Absolutely yes!<\/strong> LLP ka partner koi company bhi ho sakti hai, known as a <strong>body corporate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But remember one golden line:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A body corporate cannot be a Designated Partner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bhai, fridge thodi na DP banega.
