Company Secretary Course Levels

First Level: CSEET

CS Executive Entrance Test or CSEET is the first level of examination for the CS course. A student who has passed the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) is eligible to appear for the same. There are four subjects in this level. 

This first level of examination is exempt for the following students:

  • Who have passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
  • Who have passed the final examination of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) 
  • Graduates or Post-Graduates with minimum 50% marks 

Second Level: CS Executive

The CS Executive Programme is the second level of examination of the CS course. A student who has passed the CSEET or CS foundation is eligible to appear for this examination. 

The examinations are divided in two groups with 4 papers in Group 1 and 3 papers in Group 2.

Final Level: CS Professional

CS Professional Programme is the third and  final level of examination for the CS course. The students who have passed the CS Executive Programme are eligible to appear for this level of examination. The examination is divided into two groups with 4 papers in Group 1 and 3 papers in Group 2.
